Hello,
I want to know how can I model the 3 dB E/O bandwidth of a Mach-Zehnder modulator. I see that the element from the element library (Mach-Zehnder modulator or Mach-Zehnder Modulator Measured) do not have a entry in the property view that allows me to edit the 3 dB E/O bandwidth. Is there a possible solution?
Thanks,

Hello Metodi,
My apologies for delay in response.
To calculate the modulator S21 bandwidth, you can use the same method we introduced in this exmple here: Ring modulator time domain (INTERCONNECT) – Ansys Optics
Thanks and regards
