how to model prestress in SHELL 63 element in ansys apdl?

      hello everyone, nI am currently doing research on the prestress effect in post tensioned concrete slab structure, in this ANSYS simulation I have taken shell 63 element that represents the post tensioned slab, so i couldn't apply prestress in this element. does anyone have any idea about this situation?nthanksn
