How to mesh thin pipe wall?

I would like to mesh the pictured surface so there are at least 10 elements in the radial direction. Imposing a sweep method only increases the number of division in the axial direciton.

Check the minimum cell size that's set. Also check you don't have a contact region set between the two annular faces: the gap is narrow compared to the domain size so the automatic tools may have messed up.

      Hi Rob,
It seems that lowering the minimum cell size through sizing only increases the amount of elements around the circumference of the pipe. Do you have any more suggestions?

What is the minimum size, and what is the thickness of the annular volume?

      Update: I found a solution.
Applying a face meshing to the top surface and specifying 10 internal divisions produced the desired mesh.
