I have a solved icepak simulation that has the temperature distribution on my PCB with e parts on and ambient temp at 105C.

Ansys EmployeeYou need to export the table consisiting of columns of X,Y,Z coordinates and temperature values. You can export a text file (Tab delimited) or csv file(comma separated values).
