How to make same mesh size or smooth mesh transition at contact interface of two bodies

  Hi,
  
  I want to make the same size or smooth mesh transition at 1st layer and 2nd layer contact interface, 2nd layer and 3rd layer contact interface.
  
  "Contact Sizing" at 1st contact interface has been employed in Mesh, but mesh size seems like not properly matching (10 micron meter).
  
  And at the 2nd interface, at first, I try to use "Contact size" to auto size match, but it still not works.
  
  Does anyone has some advice and experience about it? And share with me.
