First check the locations of the bad elements. Please see following video for the same.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDADSSN8hOs
Once you have locations, please check if you can improve mesh using different mesh sizing. Please see following video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4q6q8nKF3U
If this does not help, you may need to check if you can use pinch control or virtual topology.

If this does not help, please go to geometry and modify or simplify geometry at those locations in SpaceClaim.

Please check tutorials on multizone. It would be better to split the geometry.

February 18, 2022 at 11:39 amRobForum ModeratorI tend to favour the Split command: have a look at the geometry tutorials.

February 18, 2022 at 1:38 pmRobForum ModeratorIf you want a hex mesh you'll either need logical cubes (not something I'd try) or sweep. Personally, I'd be looking at Fluent Meshing and just poly the whole thing. How are you getting on with the tutorials?

March 3, 2022 at 7:05 amMarch 3, 2022 at 11:50 amRobForum ModeratorI'm assuming you checked the cell skew? What is causing the blocks to distort like that?

March 3, 2022 at 1:54 pmRobForum ModeratorBy understanding why the skew cells are created: why are they getting squashed in the image?
March 7, 2022 at 10:24 amsadhurajeshSubscriberafter meshing they squashed
March 7, 2022 at 3:29 pmRobForum ModeratorLook carefully, and use cut planes (show full cells) to see what's going on. Please post those images so I can see what's going on.
March 8, 2022 at 5:10 amMarch 8, 2022 at 9:15 amMarch 8, 2022 at 11:36 amRobForum ModeratorClick on the blue tetrahedron in the cut plane panel, that shows the full cells. However, I think your problem is that you've meshed the thickness of the baffles: the jump in cell size is then huge which isn't going to result in a stable run. You also want at least 6 cells between the plates to get anywhere near sufficient resolution to pick up the velocity profile.
