SubscriberHi, I'm trying to make an EMC analysis with Ansys of a board for my master degree thesis but Ansys cannot allows to me to import the files generated from altium (ODB++ or EDB).
It Give me back the following error "[error] Control File Translation: Cannot checkout Elec_Solve_1 and elec_solve_level2(Invalid license mode)."
There's any solution or any other method to import the design from altium?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to the Ansys learning forum. Your patience is much appreciated.
Please note that there are certain limitations for the AEDT student version which are listed here – Ansys Electronics Desktop Student Version | Free Software Download. As part of that only DXF and STEP files can be imported.Â
I would recommend either to convert the file into a format that can be imported into AEDT student version or use the regular version.
Best regards,
Praneeth.
