How to get Von Mises value on certain area

  Hello, i'm beginner in Ansys simulation. I work on femoral stem and bone simulation. I want to get von misses value on certain part like in this paper. Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance

  Choose the individual body you want to analyze instead of selecting all bodies.After selecting a body, extract the equivalent stress results for that body.
  
  Other methode is careate the name selection- You can also create a named selection of specific parts and change the geometry to name seelction in the scoping methode extract results for those parts only.
