How to fix “internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded” error

Hi, I am using ansys 2024 R2 student software. During one of my analysis i got an error "An internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded. Please check your Environment for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports.  Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Help System for more information." I got this duing solving. i am attching below screenshots to give you and idea of what i was doing.

What i am trying to do is static structural analysis on a design of weldments. I had created the design in solidworks, inported in to ansys as a parasolid file, and extracted the line bodies from it using spaceclaim. I then generated a defaut mesh, and provided fixed supports as below:

i hadgiven the fixed supports the vertices marked in green. i then proceeded to add a 2KN force on the top point of the triangle in the y direction

and every time i try to solve this i get the error :

it will be highly helpful if anyone can help me solve this.

      Hi

Common issue when using beams or multiple parts. At the moment the beams/members are not connected to each other at common vertex.

USe shared topology in spaceclaim to connect all the beam nodes shared by the members (now they are not connected as we said).

The below video at a time ~ 3 minutes and 40 sec. into the videoclip shows how to share topology and connect them at common vertices.

      All the best
