Ansys EmployeeThis error occurs when it fails to mesh a body due to smaller size which may get defeatured during meshing. To find such bodies, you can click on Geometry under Outline tree and then activate Worksheet under Home tab. The Worksheet will list all the bodies with their details. In this list, the bodies with zero elements are the ones that you are looking for. -

AdministratorUse a Hard Sizing for the body missing the element. -

Ansys EmployeeIn some cases - although the surface of the body seems to be meshed the volume inside the body may not get meshed. That's why one observes the error message about no elements. Since it complains about the mesh based defeaturing disable it and then redo the mesh. The defeaturing setting can be found in Advanced settings under Mesh or in the details of the inserted meshing method such as MultiZone method.
