How to export the required data “recombination input parameter” and “gain shape” for TWLM simulation

  Hi there,
  I am currently working on Laser diode simulation and I have completed MQW and MODE part. Now I want to do the interconnect simulation for which it requires "recombination input parameter" and "gain shape" for TWLM simulation.
  Can anyone suggest me how to extract the data from previous simulation in the required format?

  The "recombination input parameter" is defined by the designers based on previous experiences and knowledge about the device and the semiconductor materials.
  The "gain shape" can be simulated with MQW.
