How to export plot3d from WB meshing?

Workbench meshing does not have plot3d export functions. Only ICEM has it. If you have mesh in Workbench meshing, then you can always connect ICEM component to WB Meshing and then export plot3d from ICEM.

No, it is faceted data. You can read this faceted data in Fluent Meshing.
