How to enable the constraints of tangent line tool?

  I'm trying enable 3 constraints inside of tangent line tool, what I need to make to enable they?

  Which version are you using in the screenshot, did you see this option in any of the videos?
  Unfortunately, I don’t see any such options in the latest versions of the software.

  Click F1 and activate the overlay for guiance on the tool.

  Sorry, I didn't observe your question, I'm trying to apply a restriction in a Robotic Arm this class (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08of8OxR2BE&t=2s) on minute 04:00 of video, the instructor created a tangent restriction on circle, but I could not because that problem.

  Hi Felipe,
  In this video the instructor is using the Change Angle feature with the reference construction line.
  You can perform the same operations using Dimension Tool from Design Tab while sketching.
  First add the diameter for circle as shown.
  Select the tangnet and construction line to add the angular dimension as per drawing.
  Later on you can use "Create Corner" to extend the tangnet line to the edge.
