Hi,
I was doing some research on the use of remote displacement and I came across one problem where I was tasked to specify a remote displacement at the centroid of a hole. May I clarify if the centroid of a hole is indeed the face of the hole? Or is there a way to determine the location of the centroid of a hole? Thank you.Â

Hi,Â
Hence, may I understand it as any face that is scoped, would automatically be assigned to its centroid?

Hey,
Yes. The remote boundary condition is applied to the remote point scoped to your selection in the background. So always it is going to be placed at the centroid.
