Hi Guys,

May I know how to delete one of the user in ANSYS account? Im the owner of the account. I would like to delete that user from list.

Unassigning the subscription which this particular user might be using generally does the needful. Any specific reasons you need to delete the user details altogether?

I do  not have access to the admin tab and would have to get in touch with the licensing team to know if this is possible. While I discuss this with the team, it would be helpful if I am aware of the details of your requirement.

It is the requirement of the customer actually to remove ex-worker account from the user list altogether. This so they would not accidentally assign the subscription to non-worker (some of them have almost similar name thus almost similar email).

I have been told that this is a known problem and the licensing team is working on priority to incorporate this functionality of deleting a user from accounts page. I hope this will be available soon.
