While I was using the Workbench, I found a problem that has never occurred before: "Unable to view geometry, Unable to get model". This is the 1st time I met this problem, the screenshot is sent as an attachment for your reference.

This problem occurs in "Steady Structural" but the "Steady-State Thermal" can run normally.

If I use the coupling of the Thermal and Structural model, the software will also crush but with another error.
