SubscriberAre you working in Mechanical Workbench or APDL?
If you are working in Workbench, in Mechanical, you can add a Bonded or Frictional Contact between the beam and the surface.
In the Geometry editor, you might be able to use Shared Topology to have the surface imprinted with the beam and the nodes shared.

Ommm
SubscriberThanks, Peter!
Appreciate your help. Yeah, I am working in mechanical. I was earlier trying to implement Bonded contact, but it was showing error in the assignment of bodies.
Eventually, I exchanged the bodies in contact and target option. Getting better results now

I tried to read about target and contact option but it was not clear totally! Which type of bodies should be assigned in the target/contact option.
