How to calculate local volumetric flow rate over some portion of a section .

  Suppose for a pipe flow problem the cross sections are circle , so I can find velocity contour of circular shape , if I want to calculate the average velocity and volume flow rate over some portion of the circle how can I do that in Ansys fluent (post processing) ?
