SubscriberDear Recipient,
Â
I struggle to apply remote displacement in ANSYS APDL.Â
Firstly, I tried to model simple geometry and apply a remote displacement on a surface centering at the middle (let's say a simple wall out-of-plane displacement load) in ANSYS WORKBENCH.
Then; by "Write input file", I tried to import this input file by "Read input file" in APDL. It was transferred to APDL, this means it can be modelled remote displacement in APDL. But when I try to import by load step 1 and 2, it was not successful as in the first one which is containing just 1 step.
The question: How to apply remote displacement by manually or by code in APDL?
Please, ask me for detailed description of the problem.
Â
Look forward to your response.
