SubscriberI assume you mean base excitation for say for a harmonic or transient analysis, then see the manual 19.2 > Mechanical User's Guide > Acceleration.
For RS (response spect.), see and search the help manual for 19.2 > Mechanical User's Guide > RS Base Excitation

SubscriberHarmonic Response is in the Toolbox with the standard ANSYS Workbench. No ACT is required.
