How should we assess the mesh quality using energy error during post-processing?

  Hi,
  
  Is it adequate to use stress error option in WB mechanical to evaluate mesh fineness&quality for the solution accuracy? Is there any limit or criteria for this stress error that we shouldn't exceed? How can we calculate percentage energy error during post-processing?

  Do you approve the method given in the second link? When I compare percentage stress error formulas given in both links, it looks like they're a bit different.
