SubscriberHi, how does Ansys Fluent determine Cd and Cl?Â
I read it uses the user specified numbers, what does it do with them and is it correct to say that it doesn't have anything to do with the mesh?

The solver solves for the drag and lift forces (the accuracy of which will depend on the mesh). Then using the Cd and Cl equations, and the user specified numbers, it calculates Cd and Cl coefficients.Â

SubscriberHi Nikhil, that makes more sense, thank you!
Â
how is the coefficient of pressure determined please? In a similar way?
