I had one of my doubts cleared as to how I could control the meshing charateristics of the two different meshes I made.Â
turned to this:
by using 'Shared topology' (More at this link:Â /forum/forums/topic/mesh-control-in-the-following-figure/
However, after using shared topology, both component became one part, and in fluent, this is what it looks like..
These are the mesh components:
How do I separate the interior and exterior zone to apply boundary conditions on them and obtain results? Thank you..

select interior body.
right click and create named selection.Â
create named selection for body. this will come in fluent.Â
