SubscriberI am modeling a pair of channels separated by a porous interface. How do I set an interface to have a zero-slip condition? As seen in this image, there is zero-velocity at the porous jump, but for some reason the flow does not respond to this edge velocity and forms a discontinuity.
I would expect the velocity profile to look more like this:
What options can I use to achieve this flow profile?

Is my understanding of your question accurate - you do want normal velocity across the interface but you want to impose a no-slip condition tangentially along the interface? Is this right? There seems to be a dip in the velocity when you use the porous jump condition. Is this what you want when you use the interface condition?

SubscriberI would like to have zero velocity at all points of the interface. I would like for there to be a no-slip boundary on the interface.
In the future, I would like to have a Species mixture model with 1% oxygen and 99% liquid water in one channel and 0% oxygen and 100% liquid water in the other channel. I would then like to quantify the diffusion of oxygen across the interface.
Before I can do that, I need to have the correct flow parameters within each channel.
