how do i fix Object doesn’t support this property or method

  Cannot view sign in page on spaceclaim and a tab appear say the above sentence

  Are you using the Chrome browser? and can you see if your firewall is not blocking anything? I will discuss it with the team in the meantime.

    I am the IT person who reported the issue to Mr. Rizuwan.
    The PC is windows 7 64-bit.
    Both firewall and anti-virus are disabled but still I could not load the Sign In page.

  Hello M Rizuwan Will it be possible for them to download the latest version of SpaceClaim 2021R2? Also Make sure to update the license manager. I will check with the team to see what the issue is with 19.2. Regards.

    Ansys1 Maybe get the license manager and SpaceClaim updated to the latest, I am getting more information as to what could the issue be.

    Charudatta Bandgar I tried the option "Complete Unfinished Client Licensing Installation Configuration" from the Tool menu. But it shows the errors in the pictures.
