We have an exciting announcement about badges coming in May 2025. Until then, we will temporarily stop issuing new badges for course completions and certifications. However, all completions will be recorded and fulfilled after May 2025.

How can we measure the visocity of fluid

Please I need to know how can we measure the viscosity of the fluid but it does not show in Results?

You usually define the viscosity of a fluid before you run the simulation, unless you define it as a finction of temperature (polynomial function for example). If you do that then you can easily get the temperature data and create a function to calculate the viscosity in Fluent or CFD Post.
I invite my other colleagues to share any other ideas!
      Cheers

If you use CFD-Post, you can either plot the viscosity as a contour on the location of interest. Or if you need to find the average viscosity throughout the fluid domain, you can use the Calculators tab as shown below.
