how can i solve script error?

  Hello dear ANSYS team.
  i'm using ansys workbench 2020 r2 student ver
  i tried to use fluid flow fluent but after i import geometry and click mesh, there's an error like this

  Are there any odd characters in the user name or folder path?

  no user name and CAD file, ansys paths are all english

  Close all ANSYS applications, then open elevated CMD Prompt (right click on CMD and 'run as administrator' ), and enter the following commands
  
  regsvr32.exe ole32.dll
  regsvr32.exe atl.dll
  regsvr32.exe oleaut32.dll
  regsvr32.exe scrrun.dll
  regsvr32.exe jscript.dll
  regsvr32.exe vbscript.dll
  move "%appdata%\ansys" "%appdata%\ansys.old"
  
  Make sure all are successful.
