How can I find the MATRIX after FEM in thermal analysis?

  Dear all,
  
  I have watched video, learning how to add radiation in thermal analysis.
  
  But how can I derive the matrix after I finish the grid step?
  
  what my aim is to get the matrix out using Matlab to calculate it, and then compare the results with the ANSYS.
