CdSe/CdZnS core/shell (nanoplatelet) is my quantum well and I want to use it in my medium in laser. Could you please help me through this?
October 27, 2021 at 11:47 pmGuilin SunAnsys EmployeeThere are two types of gain in Lumerical. Some examples are :
1: linear gain, eg, without saturation mechanism
Linear gain materials
VCSEL with linear gain
Plasmonic waveguides with linear gain
Photonic crystal cavity with linear gain
2: laser gain from energy levels.
4-level 2-electron material model
Pump probe simulation using 4-level 2-electron material
Quantum dot laser using 4-level 2-electron material
Please refer some example which match your needs.
