Subscriberhello
I have an issue with calculating pressure losses. I'm simulating the flow of a fluid inside a pipe. I specified the conditions at the inlet: velocity of 1.1 m/s and initial gauge pressure of 220327.95 Pascal. I was advised to set the operating pressure to 0 Pa. For the outlet, I selected "pressure-outlet", leaving all the default information.
With these data, if I calculate the total pressure at the inlet and outlet by taking the difference between the average of the maximum and minimum values at the inlet and outlet, should that difference be my pressure drop?
