SubscriberOn Ansys 18.2, I was able to hide faces. This made naming sections a lot easier, but I can't seem to find that option on Ansys 14. Can someone help me out of how to do that?

SubscriberMaybe that feature was added to the product after ANSYS 14.

SubscriberCan anyone confirm this or is the feature hidden under a sub menu?
Â
If it is added later, is there a way to hide exterior surfaces and make it easier to select interior surfaces?

SubscriberDid you try to pick the face and click F8? This is the Hide Face keyboard shortcut to hide the selected face, the way F9 is the keyboard shortcut to hide the body.
If F8 is not working in ANSYS 14, then it just doesn't exist in the software, but turn on Beta Features to make sure it wasn't a Beta feature.
If that doesn't work, you can Section the View to cut away the face you want to hide.
