In steady simulation, finally i click run calculation and can see pseudo time settings.

In this setting, i use default value. After that, i change Time Scale Factor 1 to 0.1 or 0.01, then my solution(Drag coefficient) is change depend on time scale factor

      what is Time Scale Factor?

How i can get proper time scale factor value?

we can calculater CFL. Can we calcuater time scale factor?

My english is bad. Thanks read my question.

It's an equivalent to CFL, if you search in Fluent's Help you should find an explanation.

        Thanks for your answer.

Your answer means time scale factor effect same as CFL.

Then, calculating time scale factor is same as CFL?

Equivalent, not the same. You should check the value in Fluent is appropriate for your model, the default may be a too high for some cases.
