HFSS SIMULATION ERROR

  Can you please tell how did you solve these problems.
  
  1. Hfss simulation executed with error.
  
  2. solve inside ground,patch is unset.
  
  3. port refinement problem
  
  please tell if there is any problem of RAM. i am using 4GB RAM. 64 BIT System
  
  Same problem is coming in version 15.0,17.0 and 19.0.
