in this pic,
blue is ground plan, and green is signal lines.
this scheme is stripline but ground has apertures
and left side ,That is PerfE, and I set wave port at right side face in PerfE box , in DrivenTerminal
wave port is bigger than substrate height, because signal line has radiation upside at aperture part in ground plane.
but I got error messages see the sentences with underline

How should I set wave port in better way?

Ansys EmployeeHi,
It seems like you have selected multiple conductors while defining the port. Make sure that only one conductor has been selected as a signal trace.
Please refer to differential pair or stripline example in HFSS.
