SubscriberI tried using HFSS to create a flat panel consisting of hexagonal polyhedra as shown in the figure, but when I tried to perform the 'unit' operation after creating each hexagonal polyhedron, the software reported an error and the model became 'unclassified'. There are two error messages, namely 'Acis error: "Failed to make union.. Acis Error 21040- internal inconsistency in boolean operation' and 'Body could not be created for part because of invalid parameters to unit operation' May I ask how to solve this problem? Where is the problem? These 9 hexagonal polyhedras were generated by copying one of them using 'Duplicate Along Line', and mathematically, I can ensure that the adjacent edges between them are exactly adjacent.I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me!
