 attached above is the link for my given problem geometry and meshing. I have problem with the hexa meshing (at the point of bent, gerometry have 3 180 bent).Â
i will be thankfull for the help.

SubscriberIt meshes without error if you don't add the Multizone method, but this model would benefit from an inflation layer. Go into DM and create a plane at each edge and slice the body. Then select the 9 bodies and Form New Part to get Shared Topology working.
Now all the parts will be sweepable, which means you will get a hex mesh. You can Inflate this Method to add the inflation layer, and you can specify a smaller element size of 9 mm on the end face, and a larger default element size to use along the length.
