I understand that when i run the original answer software sv and run the library through 'insert circuit design', the page will pop up and design it. However, even if I choose any library, it only shows 'circuit1' at the top left as shown in the attached picture, but the page to design is not displayed. What should I do in this case? Or I'm trying to download a new one, how can I erase it completely? It does not completely erase even if I remove it using the control panel, and it continues to pop up as shown in the picture below even if i download and run a new file.

What version are you running?
Did it run before, or is this a new installation?
What Operating system?

The version is 4.0.100.1190. This problem has occurred since I first downloaded it. The operating system uses Windows 11. Thank you :)

What was the name of the downloaded file and size?
When uninstalling, are you running as administrator?
