Subscriberhello, i'm starting an end of study university project about rubber curing (vulcanization), i need to define new feature and loads then get a degree of vulcanization shown in a plot and a contour also i have a limited knowledge about this subjet because I'm new to FEA simulation, is there anyone can help me please

SubscriberVulcanization of rubber is a chemical process. ANSYS Mechanical doesn't simulate chemical changes.
Physical testing of mechanical properties such as Young's Modulus shows how much they change with degree of vulcanization. You could use those properties in a simulation of a part that has loads and supports, but you would need the data on those properties as a function of degree of vulcanization to do that.

SubscriberI have read many rubber vulcanization research papers focusing on rubber curing using empirical equations, these equation are programmed in the fea software to determine the needed rubber curing degree, i've understood these equations and my main problem is how can i integrate them in a python code in ansys mechanical
