SubscriberHello,
I'm experiencing an issue with the two-phase EOS for water in ANSYS Autodyn, receiving an "invalid initial pressure for two-phase EOS" error. I've checked the initial settings and parameters but can't seem to resolve it. Has anyone faced this before and can offer some advice?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Best,
ZQY

Ansys EmployeeI tested it in the commericail version of ANSYS 2024R1 Autodyn. I couldn't reproduce the error as you observed. See attached picture below.
The same material can be filled into either Lagrange or Euler grid without showing any problems.
Are you able to get the latest release of ANSYS 2024R1 and try it again?

SubscriberI followed your advice and downloaded the 2024R1 student version, but I’m still encountering the same issue. Just to clarify, I didn’t perform any additional actions beyond setting up a 2D plane analysis with units in kilograms-millimeters-milliseconds and establishing a 2D multi-material Euler domain. Despite this, the problem persists. Any insights into why this might be happening?Could there be any differences between the commercial and student versions that might cause this issue?
