SubscriberHello all,
I am performing Fatigue simualtion in ANSYS WORKBENCH Fatigue Tool. I am performing the tenion-tension type fatigue loading for fatigue simulation. So in the WORKBENCH fatigue tool while applying the loading type I am using a ratio-based loading type. When I use this factor I am not getting the proper results such as the Life of composite (Screenshot has been shared) and Damage factor. Can anyone please help me out in this regard so that I can get
proper results?

Ansys EmployeeThat image just indicates that the calculated fatigue life is greater than 1e6 for the entire model. the Mechanical Fatigue Tool has an upper limit on the plotted fatigue life. I susepct that 1e3 cycles is the last point on the S-N curve. To visualize a fatigue life, try increasing the loading to produce more fatigue damage or adding additional points to the S-N curve.

SubscriberOkay, Thank you. Is there any tutorials available for the same?

Ansys EmployeeI apologize for the typo in the last response. I meant 1e6 cycles.
There is a Mechanical Fatigue Tool training course on the Ansys Learning Hub. There are also various YouTube videos using the FT.
