SubscriberHi! I'm very new to Ansys, I'm trying to make a transient structural a analysis of a box that lands on some rollers and then slides a couple of mm before hitting some plates, I know that chances for the box or rollers to break are near to zero (that's why I didn't choose explicit dynamics for this one) but still want to animate the result and observe the deformation on the rollers and the box.
I defined bonded contacts for all parts that should remain together without moving or getting separated throughout the analysis and frictionless contacts between the rollers and the pins to allow the rollers to spin when the box hits them and starts to slide (pherhaps I'm choosing the wrong contact?)
Here's a picture of the box undeformed:
Here's one of the box deformed, you can see the rollers fell from their place:
I got these messages when solving so I must be doing a couple of things wrong:
Is there something I should set to make sure this won't happen?
Please let me know if you need more details about the model I can attach it too needed.
Thanks

Forum ModeratorHi,
You can try defining revolute joints for the rollers instead of frictionless contact.
