      Help card
I use fluent 2024r1 bidirectional coupling with rocky2024R1, When i run a Fluidized bed case provided by the tutorial workshops. when I select the 2-way coupling in rocky and import .cas file created by fluent to Rocky. The Rocky will check the validation of that file. And it failed and showed a fluent license issue.  I do not know the reason. If you have encountered and solved the problem, I hope you can receive the solution, thank you very much.

      Hi Bowen Wang,

It seems like the issue you're encountering is related to a Fluent license problem, as indicated by the error message in the log files. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

      1. Check Fluent License Configuration: Make sure that your Fluent license is properly configured and valid.

      2. Restart License Server: If you're using a network license server, try restarting the license server to ensure that it's running properly and accessible by Fluent.

      Hi Taiwo Adedeji,

Have you verified in your fluent log file if your error also has to do with the license?

If so, try to check if the fluent license is correctly configured.

      Best regards.
