Checking the non-convergence can be very tricky. It can be because of contacts, material non-linearity or many reasons. Usually, it is better to start simple and add complexity as you go, so that the sources of problems can be isolated more readily. Adding lots of complexity to the first analysis can result in wasted time down the road.
Can you share your force convergence plot? As it looks like your force has not converged.
Also, you can request for Newton-Raphson residuals, which reflect possible problem areas with highest residual. Are there loads or supports applied in those problem areas, or are the areas part of a Contact Region? To request Newton-Raphson residual data, select the Solution Information branch and enter an integer number for Detail ÔÇ£Newton-Raphson ResidualsÔÇØÔÇöin the subsequent solution, Mechanical will save data for the last ÔÇ£nÔÇØ equilibrium iterations if the solution is aborted or does not converge.
Also, share the analysis settings image which you are using. May be you can try to increase number of sub-steps so that the load will apply more gradually. Also, you can try adding contact tool in connections to check if there is some issue with contact.

SubscriberPlease don' take photos of the monitor to put images in your post. Use the Windows Snipping Tool to do a screen capture.
There are many posts on this forum to answer the "failed to converge" error. Many of them show what was recommended above.

SubscriberI would like to thanks for your response first , I also understand that I do not have to take photos of monitor but due to some restrictions I could not upload photos taken by snipping tool, hope you understand.
Following are details of analysis setting & force convergence chart
Hope it will help ...... please help me ASAP

As mentioned there are so many forum discussions on similar issue which you can refer. It will be very helpful for you.
Also, I can't download any image or model. So, may be you can try the suggestion I have mentioned in my previous post, like applying load more gradually (i.e. increase the number of substeps). Also. You can check if there is any issue with contacts like initial penetration or gap.
Can I know why you want to delete the conversation?

SubscriberI noticed on your first post a warning message. "At least one body has been found to have only 1 element in 2 directions..."
You should find that part of the mesh and remesh with at least 2 elements through the thickness.

SubscriberI solved this issue successfully & thanks for your help and time too. I just want to delete this conversation because i do not have to share images on any website or with any person too. This is issue about data security please delete this conversation if it is possible to you.

SubscriberHello I am working on similar model as I was ask previously I did all same process all I used in previous model simulation but this time my model do not converged and also only some parts are showing in total deformation window most of the parts are not showing their.
And those all parts shows in equivalent stress diagram, anyone know about this?
