Hi Support,

 

We have a customer that is trying to study hear transfer through a part. They have thermal conductivity values for each structural component and convection co-efficient for air. They have run a simulation but are getting unphysical temperature values so want some guidance on boundary conditions. 

 

I have a part to share but would prefer to email rather than post in here - could you let me know where is best to send this to, in order to get some assistance?
