I am performing Harmonic analysis on the model and need to determine peak stresses for certain range with resonance frequency. In the solution section when I plot the Von mises stress and Maximum principal stress, I get the results for the same. But in the Details of the von mises stress section in the definition tab we have option to choose "maximum over frequency" and Amplitude as "Yes", by doing this there's a change in stress values. Does this option gives me the results what I am looking for i.e. Peak stresses in the model? And what does the earlier stress results indicate, without enabling the maximum over frequency and amplitude "yes"? Is that the RMS value where the values are scaled down by 0,707 times?
