Dear sir/madam,

i have a hanging issue in DISCOVERY AIM 2019R1, 

i am already asking about my issues, but it is not clear till now,

my teac date-31/03/2019,

you are told me discovery aim 2020R1 is your latest version for your subscription, but i can not use it, it shows  2020R1 is not valid for your subscription.

 OK i am re install discovery aim 2019R1 from my backup file, still hanging issues is not clear,

please give your proper guidance to solve this issues,

Hello V Sridharan Can you please confirm if you have allowed the firewall exceptions as mentioned in #5A of the Troubleshooting Document? Do you have any proxy setting in place? You will need to check with your IT team as I cannot make changes your your proxy or firewall settings.
