Dear sir,

we have a HANGING ISSUE IN ANSYS AIM, AND SPACE CLAIM

(ANSYS AIM 2019 R1) (sometimes space claim was hanging or it shows not responding) for two to three weeks,

i don't know how to solve this issue, so please help us to solve this problem.

Hello V Sridharan Will it be possible for you to upgrade the AIM to the latest available version ( V20 R2) it could be a version issue resolved in the subsequent released version? First can you please go to C:UsersAppDataLocal, go to Ansys folder and rename folder "v191" to "v191_old". Restart AIM and let me know if you are still encountering the same issue.

dear@Charudatta Bandgar, when i open user it will show like this only, and also v192 and v193 all folder are empty. can you please help me.

There seems to be some issue with the installation itself, can you uninstall and reinstall it again as administrator. And if possible install 2020R2.

WE CAN NOT UPDATE 2020R2,

OUR COMPANY HAVE SOME FINANCIAL ISSUES,

SO I WILL TRY TO REINSTALL 2019R1.
