  我在FDTD中建立了一个光栅周期结构，利用一束平面波照射光栅，在光栅的正上方会有各衍射级次，对于相位光栅，正衍射级次和负衍射级次的相位是不同的，那么要如何获取这些衍射级次的相位分布呢?
  是否通过monitor来获取其电场，然后设置相应平面的angle就是对应的相位分布？
