FDTD是一种离散算法,需要将仿真空间按一定原则分成不同的砖块立方体计算(3D)。原则就是要能分辨一些细节,折射率高的用细网格。如果没有特别细小的物体,一般不需要再用细化网格,除非某处场变化特别剧烈。

如果我整体的仿真区域是5um或者10um的正方体,我的物理模型是si基底上有180nm高的结构,请问这种情况下我有必要进行细分网格吗?
我现在仿真的结果与实际测量的数据存在差距,而且这个差距在我提高仿真精度的情况下几乎没有什么变化,请问这可能是由哪些原因造成的?我应该做哪些调整? -
