关于fdtd和mode的仿真结果差异

  我在使用mode进行初步仿真后，想使用fdtd进行精确仿真，但是两个软件得到的结果差异很大
  下面是mode的参数设置
  仿真区域设置
  
  光源设置
  
  接下来是FDTD参数设置
  仿真区域设置这里由于仿真时间和运行内存影响，选择了2D仿真进行初步仿真
  
  光源设置
  
  两者结果对比差异很大，不知道为什么
  
  第一张为MODE结果，第二张为FDTD结果
  我认为在2Dfdtd中的仿真结果非常差，甚至像结构设置错误，不知道为什么会出现这种情况
